Guests of all ages love puppets! I've worked events big and small (Skirball Puppet Festival, Great Big Family Play Day, Doo Dah parade to name a few) entertaining guests both from the stage and as a walk-around performer bringing delight through one-on-one interactions. I can either bring your puppet characters to life or provide one of my bombastic creations.
STORYTELLING WITH PUPPETS
For kids ages 4 to 8 years old, I have an interactive improvised storytelling show, where kids provide ideas and play along while creating characters and stories. Ask me about purchasing made-to-order puppets for all your guests so that kids can use their puppets during the storytelling!
For kids over 8 years old, I can host a storytelling/improv show. Kids will learn valuable improv skills while having a blast telling an improvised story together.
"We have had the pleasure of working with Sherry for years. She is a consummate professional and brings enthusiasm and joy to everything she does. Sherry is an immensely talented puppeteer, teacher, and performer. She has instructed our children's music teachers in many puppeteer workshops and is always fun and inspiring. Our students and their families are enthralled with her puppeteer skills, bringing our LoveBug mascot to life before their eyes!"

"Sherry is a talented, knowledgeable, and passionate teacher who has incredible skill at instilling that same passion in her students. She is caring and tuned into her student's needs and abilities which lets her adjust her lesson plans to better reach every student in her class.
She creates a supportive and caring environment in her classroom so every student feels safe and is an important part of the ensemble.
Sherry's students leave class smiling, laughing, and excited to go back and learn more."
